i thougth about posting signs and stating those who are caught will be publicley embarassed. i wanna make a anti peeing on seat sign. what would you do?!?!

Some guy does it. there are 3 urinals in there too which is the kicker.

There are neanderthals everywhere you look why would the work place be any different?
The best thing to do is to post a sign up and warn that when the perpetrator is caught he/she will be doused in a large vat of Cat Urine for 20 minutes till the scent settles in under his/her skin!

Lock the seats into the up position.
Other than that, you can't do much more than appeal for common courtesy. Try taking a picture of it and posting it with the caption, "Who wants to sit on this? Your mother doesn't work here, nor your maid - clean up after yourself, and don't mess up our shared space!"

I've always found proximity mines to work well in this kind of situation. It will destroy both the chair and the person, but at least there will be one less person to pollute the world, and no more urinating on the chair!

Attach a car battery to the seat...with a remote switch....then turn it on when he goes in...after a few shocks he will quit!
