dunno, but with dependancy/poverty comes the need for a religion. notice all the less advanced cultures rely more on god or gods. the more intelligent/rich we become the less need we have for a god, the less dependant we become.

There may not be a reliable answer to your question. However, since there are probably more ghetto blacks than scientists, I would say scientists because more ghetto blacks are at least in some cases willing to listen while most scientists may not be be.
