If a white woman is interested in you, she will find you. Like you say if you find a white woman attractive do what you do with other women and then take it from there.

As a latin guy myself, I've noticed that very few white girls are willing to go for latin guys. I've seen more white girls with black guys. and it's become a bit worse for latin guys recently, with the growing anti-Hispanic sentiment in the U.S.
