I've got a bakelite phone on ebay and wondered if anyone knows how to convert it to BT. It's an ITI 312 style phone. Any info would be good. Also have a Queens Jubilee phone aswell and would like to convert it. Any phone experts out there?

You can convert a bakelite phone with a cable (PST) but they honestly aren't worth it.
The carbon granules in the microphone stick together and transmission is awful.
The Jubilee 'phone is quite rare and again it can be converted using the same diagram as for a tele 700 (later called the Yeoman), the bog-standard dial phone.
I don't have the details on the pc but all I can remember for the bakelite job is that you have to strap it differently from its old configuration.
You might even need a thermistor.
It takes five minutes though.
