Start here. They have harnesses and carts and some good books.

everyday harnesses motivate pulling, so avert those. The mushy chief ordinary-walk Harness is sweet and has the leash attachment ring on the front to deter pulling. A head halter (Halti or mushy chief) will furnish much extra administration, yet some canines have a extra good time getting used to those. the two way, you do would desire to artwork on training the dogs to no longer pull, fairly than in simple terms in step with something to regulate the dogs. A commencing up obedience type could be a physically powerful theory.

I'd start with local breeders and trainers and ask them if there are any carting clubs in your area.
