There is no russian jet that looks like the f-22.

The f-22 is the only aircraft in service with twin tails, thrust vectoring, and intakes on the sides.

I seriously doubt that any russian jet could match the performance of the f-22, seeing that the kill to loss ratio against indian su-37's was about 3 to 1 in favor of the national guard's 30 year old f-15a's, which lost miserably to the f-22 in a flyoff last year.

The official report from the indian government showed that it took 12 su-37's to down all four participating f-15's, with the loss of 11 indian aircraft. The american f-15's were equiped with only sidewinders and cannon, while the indian aircraft were armed with medium range missiles with ranges in excess of 10 times the range of the sidewinder.
India was so impressed by the american fighters, its government ordered 126 used american f-16's over an new order of 100 su-37's.

I'm sorry for Doggzilla but the kill ratio in combat training between F-15C and Indian Su-30MKI was in favor of Indian fighters, in the sense that Su-30 usually won, especially in short range, while F-15 resulted quite better(but not showing a clear superiority) in long (very long) range fights.

The only one I can think of that is very close in weight and performance to the F-22 is the Mig 1.42 (AKA Mig-39). http://www.aeronautics.ru/mig142photos.htm
