Dear Mohamed,

Since you are not residing in Saudi Arabia, you can apply for the certificate only through your last sponsor or his PRO (Muaqab). Ask any of your friends/relatives to contact them for this. Meantime you can try to get the actual procedure from SA Embassy/Consulate in India or your present country of residence.

Good luck.

Why are you asking how to obtain a Police Clearance from India, Pakistan, etc. in the Saudi section? Please be aware that the requested certificate has to be issued by the authorities of your home country. Therefore asking in your own country's section would make more sense. Normal procedure is to apply for it at the Police or any other authority (which country?), pay fees and receive it. edit: Just read that you worked in KSA before. KSA issues Police clearence certificates to residents only.

You will need to get a letter from the embassy of the country that you are intending to migrate to and present it to the Saudi ministry of interior. They will get your finger prints and then issue a certificate. If you are not currently living in the US then it will be hell for you to try to obtain such certificate
