The problem with people is they don't take risks. We worry too much about making the 'wrong' moves. Eventually we all WILL make the wrong moves time and again. It's about the person who is attracted to you or not. From there you can take it personally or just move on.
So take the risks... don't wait. GO UP TO HIM and TALK!
Every man wants to feel good about himself especially if you think he's sexy or good looking. just say it... but make sure you don't send the wrong message that you're in for it too. Unless of course you are.
But obviously you will be. It's hard to read what every girl is thinking.

Don't be overly flirty. Make it a point to talk to him more than other guys (not more than your girl friends though, if it's just a little crush!) and make him feel special/important-ish. Over all.. BE YOURSELF and see what happens. Since it's just a little crush, if he doesnt like you back, it shouldn't be too hard to move on.

ok well i would say send this crush some signals to let them know your interested like flirt wit hthem make lotso f eye contact smile often when u two catch eachothers eyes. also if your really brave enough get to know him better ask him to hang out with you at the mall or go to a movie or something like that.
