Or will the elders send people to beat you up like the Chinese did to Bruce Lee?

In fact, it is considered a mitzvot (duty) to teach the unlearned. But there is no compunction to force such learning on them. Let the unlearned come as their heart requires of them, and you will find a willing heart. They will not come if they are not ready, or if it is not the right learning for them.

We do not have a council of elders nor are we afraid of being beaten up.... What a silly question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have you heard of Madonna learning Kabbalah????
Madonna is not Jewish, and is learning Kabbalah, which is the mystical dimension of Judaism. She is taught by a well-known Jewish Orthodox rabbi in Los- Angeles, and so far, nobody has beaten him up.
So the answer to your question is YES.

Yes, Jews can teach Judaism to non Jews, why not?
They tried to teach Judaism to Jesus, didn't they?

EDIT:
Oh, wait...that didn't turn out so well, did it?

Are you only against Jews, or Christians too? Don't judge Judaism or Christianity by Jews or Christians, rather by God and Christ (one and the same).

yes they can and it is good to learn about different religions so you can understand them . . just because you are learning about a religion doesn't mean you will practice that religion .
