Obviously so does he! Suggest that you switch every other night.
He's a person too! So taking it is not the solution. But, you're a person as well and he should share. If you are willing to and he is not, then this may be an indicator, that he is inflexible in other ways too!
Now, a bit on reality! Generally women give up more in any relationship and especially in areas similar to these. I am NOT telling you to at all or that it should be that way, just that it is a tendency for many various and complex reasons.
Comprimise is always best. See if he'll do it.

Go to bed first & pick your side. I guess you could always give him a choice like "right side or couch". LOL

sex with you on top, wear him out! then roll off onto the left side. lol it works for me if i want to change it up. but luckily we both prefer different sides of the bed os it works out.
