Has anyone used Xenical to help with weight loss. I know the side affects are pretty nasty. but is it worth it? How much wieght did you loose?

It is not a scam, it works if you take it correctly and if you take it correctly there are *no* side effects. The oily discharge/ stools *only* happen if you eat too much fat. The problem is that a lot of people see it as a miracle drug that means you can eat whatever junk you want and still lose weight, then when it doesn't happen they think it doesn't work. If you take Xenical you *must* change your lifestyle and if you want to avoid side effects you must be strict with yourself and stick to it. It really isn't too hard, all you need to do is increase your activity levels, take a good multi vitamin and stick to a low fat diet ( under 12g of fat per meal and under 40g overall per day).
Don't let the horror stories scare you, if you are determined to use it the way it's intended it *will* work.
I have been using it since September and have lost over 30lb and 4 dress sizes.

I used it and..waste of money. I can loose the same amount of weight, in the same amount of time, with or without that junk. Total scam.
