Skinny is not an issue. I would be glad to be with any woman who truley loved and cared about me, regaurdless of size. Although, I do admit sexual attraction is a big part of any relationship, There is something a lot sexier about a girl who is laid back, and not wrapped up in herself or her weight.

Because they have been brain washed by the media..showing us that skinny women are what is pretty and or beautiful and if this isnt you then you are "unattractive" and there are all these beauty mags out there showing women what beauty is while they read it and feel depressed and think they are ugly and they find themselves with eatting disorders because the media shows that they arent attravtive enough and the guys wont like them because of it...which isnt true because everyone is beautiful in their own way. Back in the in the early 1900's and 1800's they thought women who were skinny skinny were unhealthy and sickly and not good for childbaring. I reallly dont think that all guys like having sex with a bag of bones of you know what I mean

NOT TRUE!!!!!!!! There are so many guys out there that have respect for all sizes the ones who look at the "skinny" girls are plain out a**es! They just want to use them as a trophy, they havent won anything out of it either only by telling the ditz that she was skinny and beautiful, who cares about what u look like or what size u are at least you will find a man not a boy

In general.. I wouldn't say so many men... it depends on preferences. Look at it this way... everyone is different but we all tend to ask questions that affect all of us because we are victims of jokes, stereotypes, and negative self-images.
The issue is to look pass yourself. I partly blame mainstream society about beauty standards because we are constantly exposed to them now and again.
So are men really attracted to skinny women.. sometimes they are.. .sometimes they are not. How about women? Attracted to skinny, muscular, or fat men? How about good looking?
It's your call.

Maybe because they can't look past the outer appearance. A lot of guys are shallow like that. And look at how the media portrays beauty...skinny women. And the media effects a lot of people.

I dont know they skinny women are portrayed on TV as the pretty ones you know and they are always so cute, attractive you know they got everything going on....
And well I would say the media...
But you notice how the pretty ones are always bitchy, they are spoiled, they talk like babies to get what they want?? Most importantly they treat men like ****???

I guess just because they believe skinny girls look better and they are really conceited and shallow. I know a lot of guys who are my friends who prefer bigger women and even some who like people just for who they are. It takes a little while to find these people, but they are out there.

Thats not always true, i had this really hot guy friend that always went for bigger women it just all depends on the guys. Unfortunately the world today is very shallow, it just all depends on where you go looking for guys. Of course if you go to bars to try to get a guy they are going to be looking for a hott girl they can bring home for the night. My advice try to go to the gym once in awhile you would be amazed by the amount of nice guys that are there, and you may be able to lose weight in the process of trying to get that hott guy to notice you:)

well, if u ask me, the guys ur seeing are jerks. i go for the people who have a good personality, no matter what they look like, and they need to be able to take good care of themselves and have good personal hygiene. if u know a guy who only cares about how skinny teh girl is, u should go up to him and give a good kick in the _____(fill in the blank) get the pic?

so many men? I do not go for skinny women, who wants an ethiopian girlfriend, not me, i dont like fat chicks either but i do love some thick chicks, a lil meat is perfectly fine with me....so all guys do not go for skinnny chicks....
