I like to make my own lunches so I can control the sodium. It needs to be able to be immediately frozen.

Combine in a flat dish or box: a million/four cup olive oil juice of a million/two lemon two medium cloves of garlic minced a million/two tsp salt Put within the salmon epidermis facet up and allow marinate for approximately a million hour. The lemon juice will "cook dinner" the fish slightly so you might even see slightly blanching. Grill the salmon epidermis facet down. You can placed a approximately a tablespoon of the marinade on every piece because it grills so as to add taste and to maintain it wet. I decide on cooking protected on truly charcoal considering this provides a taste you aren't getting on a gasoline grill

I used to live in the Northwest (Oregon). One of the simplest recipes (not a basil one) is to baste the Salmon in Italian salad dressing and bake it. A little red pepper seasoning can warm it up a little also.
