In general, no.
There is a mystical branch of judaism centered around the kabbalah, (note to various and sundry celebrities, this is NOT a separate religion) that touts all kinds of really weird stuff. That's the single reason that judaism does not allow anyone to study kabbalah until they are at least 40 yrs old, and therefore comfortable in their own beliefs.
Within some ultra-orthodox sects, which themselves tend to the mystical, there is a belief in something called a dybik (sp), which is something between a demon and the voodoo undead. But this, again, is a myth.

Yes and no for the second part. Would depend on whether you are referring to Orthodox, Conservative or Reform Judaism and what exactly you mean by "what not".

The bible would say that they did in Jesus time, but now days I am not sure..
Joh 7:20 The people answered and said, Thou hast a devil: who goeth about to kill thee?
Joh 7:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, I have done one work, and ye all marvel.
Joh 8:48 Then answered the Jews, and said unto him, Say we not well that thou art a Samaritan, and hast a devil?
Joh 8:49 Jesus answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and ye do dishonour me.

its a debate. Some say yes some say no.
Others say they existed way back when.
It all depends if you want to fall into the empirical or mystical camp.
