What determines when they can have a bomb is when they have enough material to make one. once you have the enriched uranium or plutonium making a bomb is pretty easy. So to estimate when they could make one we look at the facilities they have and determine how long it would take those plants to make it.

computers and traitors have little to do with it. centrifuges and breeder reactors are what determine it.

How to make a bomb has been common knowledge for decades it is just hard to get the material. It is not like they have to do research like we did to make the first one.

I think maybe you need to change you question to what are the factors that determine when Iran gets the bomb and how long will it take.

We know they will get the Bomb no matter what we do short of invasion we just have the logic of handling them the same way we handled the previous nations that got nukes we add them to the target list of our ICBM's and SLBM's. We also don't go about screaming that the Iranians are some new form of kamikaze's that is what you hear from radio and TV demagogues who only want ratings and will say what ever it takes for you to watch and guess what sucker you watched GLENN BECK SUPER SPASS RABBLE ROUSER!!! The Iranians have won their right to the bomb as we are hopelessly bound up in Iraq and thus can't do much to Iran right now and by the time we can it will be way too late.If your thinking of bombing them I would say get a life they had that in mind the day they started building their sites. So you accomplish nothing by bombing them you can't invade them and you can't really hit them with sanctions without them shutting off their oil thus driving oil prices right through the roof. So the only real option is to let them have their toys and add them to the target list and make sure they know they have been added to the target list and also tell them that if their is ever a terrorist nuke attack the policy of the USA is that we will assume Iran is the supplier and will nuke their country out of existance with in minutes of such an attack. This is called logic we on the left use it all the time try it you conservative tool!

They already know how to make a bomb. That information has been public knowledge for decades. The hard part is coming up with the fissionable material. That takes time.

who cares they do not have the capability to produce a ICBM. Look at Korea, they have had nuclear technolegy for years but still cant hit the US or at least the continetal. Maybe remote parts of Alaska.

Why do you stereotype? What makes you assume that all of the "left" thinks we should go belly-up? The fact of the matter is that many times the citizens don't really know what's going on behind the scenes. Without full facts, we are just here conjecturing what we are told is the truth.
