He lives out of state and he's coming home for the holidays. We both want to see eachother, but I'm afraid to b/c I still love him.
As my friend put it, "you're gonna see him, f*ck him, fall back in love with him, and then he's gonna leave to go back home and treat you like the same sh*t he did before."
If we do see eachother, we probably will end up having sex.
So what should I do? I'm finally starting to move on, and I know that I probably will fall head over heels for him again if I see him. Should I just not see him when he's home? Or should I see him and just see how it goes?
AAAHHHHH I hate this love sh*t!

If it was so messy, the break up why would you want to see him? Second if you know seeing him is going to be that dramatic for you then why bother? Also if he treated you like crap why would you want to give him the time of day, never mind sleep with him? You sound like a very confused out of control person. You need to get your hormones under control and stop acting, thinking and feeling like just because you see an ex you have to sleep with him. You sound like a garden tool and he's treating you that way. Be you, the garden tool that he expects you to be. Your friend instead of going through the explanations should've just slapped you when you even made mention of him. Grow up!

If you are getting over him, for the love of God, don't see him! If he treats you like garbage, there is no point to getting back with him. There are a lot of men out there hoping to find girls that don't go out with men that treat them like garbage. It is very common for women to go back to men like that and good men really hate that, because you don't give those other men a chance and one they deserve. I have been in this situation before and it sucks. If you have decided your life is going good without him, then, you can definitely find a better guy and give them a chance, because you open yourself up to oppurtunities. If you keep closing yourself off to be with this guy, it can become a horrible attachment and it will get harder and harder to break off your ties with him. It sounds like he is using you to his advantage. He is having his cake with you and throwing you away as the plate that held the cake up! Don't let him use you like that. He is jerk! Don't talk to him anymore. Don't let him have you like that. I did that and it was awful. Please, find someone else even if you just want to date, but take it easy. Don't throw yourself out there, but atleast give some other guy a chance that you might love so much more and treat you so much better.

See him but keep your legs closed. The only reason he wants to see you is because he's probably gone through a dry spell. If you don't think you can handle that, don't see him. Or go see him and bringa friend along to help reign you in.
