I agree with the person who answered first.....You can not know a person by seeing him. You have to spend time to know him and understand him....

Sweety u cant know somebody just by seeing them especially whats in their heart...unless u can read eyes or something. or mayb if u know the person really well then mayb u know wat they r thinkin just by seeing them and even know what is on their mind...but then again they must be really close

try to find out how he or she treat other people ? best example would be if you go to resturant and watch how he/she calls the waiter.
like sshhhhhh or by the person name or mr . If he/she callls the waiter with ssshhhhh so my advice is that you should take a walk.
if he/she treats other people with respect then he/she treat you nice too.
