I bought the almonds on a christmas fair and want to keep some for my family to taste. I only see them in a months time. The almonds are roasted with a flavoured sugar coating.

If they're open don't expose to air... in other words put them in a ziploc bag and store in a cool, dry place. It's probably safe to store them in a ziploc even if they're not open.

The almonds should easily keep for a month.

I'm hesistant to suggest refrigerating since they're sugar coated. Any moisture might make them soggy.

store them in your freezer until you see your family. This will prevent the oil in the almond from going rancid and making it stale.
