I'll tell you what you should do. Grow up and become a man. You are displaying much insecurity in your dealing with your ex.
!) Tell me one good and intelligent reason for keeping her on the plan. You broke up. You are now two complete sets of individual and need your own space to be yourselves,
2) Secondly, your ex is free to talk to whoever she wants to talk to and this should be none of your business. Do not try to dictate her private life to her. May be she was doing you a favour by not talking to the guy. Now he is free, she can act without restriction. Allow her to.

Is she paying her portion of the bill or are you paying it because that is very crucial in my answering of this question.
1) If she is paying her part of the bill, you should probably quit being a jerk-off and investigating who she is talking to. That's super f'n creepy.
2) If you're paying the bill, you're still a jerk-off for paying her phone bill. What are you stupid? You broke up tell her to get her own phone or pay her part of the bill. Stop being such a push over, Captain Schmuckity Schmuck.
...and finally.
Dude, you broke up. She's going to talk to dudes, just like you're going to talk to chicks. Unless of course that you've decided not to move on from your break-up, but rather to spend your day at home on Yahoo! Answers and deciphering the phone bill to determine who your EX-girlfriend is talking to and in what intervals she is talking to them.
My final question to you is this...how do you know she's talking to a dude?
There are three possible answers to this...
1) You called the number.
2) You recognize the number and know who it belongs to.
3) You're incredibly psychotic and immediately assume it's another dude that your EX-girlfriend is talking to rather than rolling with the logic that it's nearing the holidays and perhaps she is talking to her great aunt Ruth regarding the Christmas festivities that will be taking place in a week's time.
...if you chose (1)--you're f'n crazy.
...if you chose (2)--you're not as crazy, but should stop looking at the bill because that's weird.
...if you chose (3)--you're still f'n crazy.

Well you had her on the same plan as you and you got the the phone because you wanted to talk to her while you guys were together...You guys are no longer together therefore I say...its your phone your line and you should do whatever you want with it.
It I were you I would cancel it because I am assuming she didnt have one when you started dating, so to make things easier for her you got her a line of her own.
If she is paying for her own line then you shouldnt worry as long as she pays. If you guys already broke up you should worry about who she is talking to.......that is her business and if that really bothers you then cancel it!

Texting lets you control the tone and establish what kind of conversation you want to have. Learn here https://tr.im/GDCSv
This is probably the most important part. With texting, you can stop and think about what you want to say to your ex at each step of the way. Instead of reacting emotionally, you can take your time, figure out the right thing to say (I’ll give you most of it), and be strategic with your ex without saying something that you’ll regret.

If she is your ex-girlfriend you don't need to be paying for her phone bills and you don't need to have access to her phone records. Tell her your sorry but she needs to get her own phone plane and drop her. It's in your best interests.

Get the mooch off your cell phone plan... If she's using a cell phone, tell her to pay for her own. There's no need for you to be paying for her booty calls.
