It depends on what you are doing your report on.
My favorite useless piece of information (LOL) is: The 1970 Challenger is the grand daddy of modern aerodynamic American cars. The Challenger was known as the Flying Wedge, because of it's unique wedge shape design. If you take a look at the lines of the Challengers/Cuda's of the early 70's and look at the current auto lines.....you can still see the wedge. The Challenger/Cuda were built to improve performance of the Hemi motors, they are lighter and smaller than the Charger but heavier and larger than the Darts....making this the perfect body to increase the performance of the Hemi motor. However, the hemi models were sent out to become finished products, the motor compartment had to be widen (II think 6 inches to accommodate the large Hemi Block)The Challenger R/T ( sorry, but I do not know the Cuda Models.) was a factory ready race car, if you own a real R/T ......the VIN will floor your insurance agent! Mopar has been the only auto maker that put factory made 'race cars' out on the street (of course you still had to trick them out.).
I can go on, but it gets more useless. Mopar rules when it comes to all out muscle cars, 70-71 best cars ever made.

The web site dodge.com has alot of info on specific types of new vehicles. If you wish for the information on past history you might want to go to a local dodge dealership. Most employees have online classes to take to keep up on technology and past history. They may have notes or allow you to see these websites.

founded by dodge brothers back in early 1900's. producer of small cars and medium duty trucks,as well as semi tractors.around 1930/40 walter p chrysler purchased dodge.dodge continued making trucks, and cars, but ceased producing medium/heavy duty trucks around 1960.during this period dodge developed the hemi engine and dominated drag racing, along with plymouth which shared tech with dodge.dodge also produced light duty trucks for the us army, in the form of dodge power wagons, and a limited number under military contract, of vehicles similiar to the 2.5 ton truck. 1983 dodge offers cummins turbo diesel in its line of light duty trucks.dodge reengineers frame/driveline of truck to better handle the torque of the cummins t/d.through out the 1980's to mid 1990's transmission trouble plagued dodge trucks, because the platform shared transmissions with the car line.1989 saw the introduction of the dodge dakota, a midsize truck between a compact ( ranger-s10 ) and a full size ( ram, silverado,f series ) truck. dodge, under leadership from lee iacoca takes a federal loan to avoid going out of business, and laying off thousands of employees.also under iacoca, the minivan, is introduced.dodges ramcharger is discontinued in late 1993. 1994 sees the first new design of a truck platform in 20 or 30 years.the rest should be pretty easy to fill in
