im 14 and i weigh 107 and im 5 foot 4...im preety active so i have alot of muscle because i run and ive been dancing for 10 years..........but still should i lose weight or gain weight? AND how many calories should i get a day if i want to lose weight...my goal is 95

You don't need to lose any weight.

If your weight is due to muscle it is all right, as muscles weigh more than fat. What you have to watch out for is the time when you become less active. At that point muscle slowly turns to fat, and you will still have the tendency to eat as you do now. If you look at most retired athletes, you will notice that this happens to them.
