It would have been nice if you had provided more context: a little bit about you both and if you have had any signs at all. In any case, when I like a woman, I make an extra effort to look/chat/flirt. I also like to give hints to go beyond what is currently happening. For instance, if you are simply talking to me through IM, I might suggest a phone call or video chat or even having a cup of coffee. In other words, rather than cutting you off, I might give hints of the next step.

His face lights up with a smile when he sees you. He goes out of his way to be friendly and polite and listens to what you're saying intently. His body language is open and arms uncrossed. He finds and excuse to touch you.
