The reason behind this put simply is that your body will not be used to such amounts of exercise, your body will still be undergoing anaerobic respiration and so your body is producing fatty acids yet burning carbohydrates in your muscle. A solution is to build up your exercise gradually, this will allow you to occupy aerobic respiration and so burn up the fatty acids instead of your muscle and you will not wake up with fatty deposits like now (which is all those fatty acids) but instead find more of an absence of fat and presence of muscle building up. You will however need to eat lots of carbohydrates and protein to provide your body with the resources to build and repair muscle though.

Hope this helps! :D

To add to the other answers....you will ALWAYS have fat in you. We need it to survive. Keeping a low fat percentage can cause problems in many people. An example would be with female athletes. They have lower fat percentage and many have irregular mentrual cycles. Therefore, you need to elaborate on your idea of "having fat in you" and realize what you need and what you don't.

you need to not worry about it day to day, set a goal and work your *** off to get there, losing fat takes time, and you will not see immediate results, so keep working, and in roughly 8-10 weeks you may see a reduction of bodyfat

your fat isn't going to go away from working out once...you have to keep it up as well as a balanced diet and after a few months (if you do it right) you fat will go away...
