It isn't bad. You probably have low body fat if you can see them. And if you have worked out for a while veins will grow so the muscles can get their oxygen needs.

no, veinulation occurs when muscle is being built. new muscle requires blood supply so your body develops new veins and old veins grow to supply the new muscle cells with and adequate supply of blood. so it is a good thing.
