Eat in moderation. Cut out those foods you know are bad for you. You have to want to lose weight in order to succeed.

Go for a walk after dinner. Perhaps you can build yourself up to a jog after dinner.

Good luck.

If you do stop eating you will die. If you become morbidly obese you are prone to many conditions that can kill you including heart disease.

Find a balance. Do small steps

Like order a smaller sandwich with no cheese.
Walk for at least 30 minutes or do any cardio exercise for 30 min. Even if it is your house. You can walk in place while watching TV.
Drink lots of water at least 8 glasses a day.
Do strength training exercise. Muscle helps burn fat.
You do not have to go to extreme. If you dedicate sometime each day for exercise you will see a difference.
Basically the whole idea is to use more calories than you consume.

Also if you can see a counselor, it is good to see how you view food. Obese and anorexics and other people who have a distorted view of food and their body should seek counseling in my opinion.

I share your problem... It's not an easy thing to deal with, but at least you've acknowledged the problem and are willing to do something about it...

I went to the doctors and I was given a course of a medicine called "Reductil"... It's an appetite suppresor. Basically, I took this stuff and at every mealtime I had less than I usually would have... And I used to have far too much. the medicne made it so I didn't feel hungry after each meal, despite having eaten less.

It worked for me, I still have a ways to go, but so far so good... There's plenty of people out there who will support your decision... And please, ignore those idiots who post here just to be obnoxious... With any luck they'll reach puberty soon and pile on pounds themselves!

Oh... and by the way... It is good to exercise too, but I HATE running with a passion... Try walking... Just start small and work up to it! You could even combine it with an occaisional treat... Walk to the store and buy yourself a coffee or something... But only if you walk it. That way, it's not all for nothing!

Good luck!

No you shouldn't stop eating that would be silly.

What you should do is eat less and exercise more. Make sure that you eat three sensible meals a day, that are low in fat, but are high in fibre.

Eat more fruits and vegetables and aim to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Also start exercising, if you don't want to join gym do more walking or take up swimming

I'm assuming you don't mean "die" but "diet"

There is not just one thing you have to do to lose weight. You have to do several things. But the two main ways to lose weight are to exercise and diet. You can't lose weight properly if you just diet and not exercise (you'll end up losing more muscle mass than fat) and you can't exercise and still eat crap food (you won't lose a pound.). You have to work out on a semi-regular basis (at least a half hour three days a week is good) and you have to stop eating crappy food (eat apples and other fruit instead of chips and soda.). It's not that hard. OK, it may be tough to drag yourself up to do it at first, but once you get into a pattern, you'll actully look forward to working out. And you're body will crave healthier food after you spend all that time working out.

combination of changing your eating habbits and exercise. If u starve to lose weight u lose lots of muscle tissue- which is why its important to excercise as u diet- which a lot don't seem to understand. write down everything you eat and any excersise u do (i.e 30mins walking) and weigh urself just once a week. say each monday morning. Don't weigh urself mid week as every1s body weight fluctuates throughout the week, so pick one weigh day and stick to it. Another tip is that a lot of the time when people feel hungry they are actually just thirsty- so next time u fancy a pack of crisps, reach for a pint of water instead! Keep hydrated by drinking around 6-8 pints of water per day!
Believe in urself- stop thinking about it and take action. Be a do'er! :-)

All you have to do is come up with a reasonable dieting plan that has all the levels of the food pyramid but the fats and oils then slowly ease yourself into excersing because if you try to run all of the sudden it can hurt your body.

Also fast walking helps you lose more calories the running.

you feel that bad about your outer appearance that you would go all anorexic on yourself and stop eating??? that is one of the saddest things i have ever heard. you shouldn't care about what is on the outside it's what is on the inside that counts. but what do i no I'm a skinny little thing that no matter how much i eat i still can't fit into a size 1 pants. believe me it's not good the other way around either. if your not happy with yourself first then your not going to be happy about any weigh you are.

but i suggest you go see the Nazi doctor he is amazing and mean (stick to the diet he give you) OR ELSE and great with boosting confidence he helped my mom lose wait fast and he is helping me gain check it.

and don't be so heard on yourself!
