i try & go out jogging every few days, but when its raining etc , i cant jog outside, so iv started jogging on the spot (almost dancing around the room) to warm up, i do this for about 30 mins! can people give me any pro's & cons on this!!

I think it's a good idea but you should also do some stretches before doing any strenuous exercise. If you don't, you could damage your muscles and cause injury. I hope this helps.
