Don't lead the people you are dating to believe that they are your only one. In fact, hint that you are dating other people. When you get into a more committed relationship, make the rules clear--you really have to spell out the rules since you aren't using the traditional ones--having no rules leads to arguments and sometimes even disrespect (and disrespect is what gives swingers trouble in relationships.)
Basically, decide what you are allowed to do in front of your partner (if you two go out dancing, are you dancing together and going home together or getting numbers from other people--either is fine if you are both on the same page). Keeping unusual relationships together requires more communication than regular relationships. The other option is to not get into deep relationships, but I think you'll get bored with that in a year or so.

Um, I would say...make sure you hold on to the chains otherwise you could fall off the seat if you swing too high.
