It's a big thing in Louisiana, where I spent four years of my life. I hear it's all the rage in nearby states too. Haven't seen it in the UK tho.

I've heard of it but never tried it,but want to,my big sister lives in New Orleans,Louisiana,I'll haveta get the recipe from her,I've been wanting to try to cook it as well.

Can get them in the UK i bought one for this years christmas dinner :) i asked my butcher he did one especially for me

It's good, but I usually skip over the "duck" part, and just eat the turkey and chicken parts...
