How do i run an unzipped game?

I downloaded a LEGENDARY game from the interne called <> requires it to be unzipped, I did unzip it and opened a folder in my setting/administrator. Thing is thats as far i could get with it. I click on it to open but doesn't open I even tried to open it with other programs like ITunes, WMP, Abode, etc. what do i do? help

That looks like a Super NES game, does the file have a .rom extension? You will need an emulator to play it...I use SNES9x, it works very well:
