our family has decided this year to pull names since it grows each year. And my brother is so against it that he ended up sending me a really nice harry & david gift. I need to get him something back so should i send something else from harry and david? i want it to be "secret" so no one else gets mad...any suggestions?

he's over 40, and a very serious business man. We're 18 year apart so our views and "gift ideas" differ greatly

i agree too, its not about money, its thought! the whole purpose behind the pulling names is so that my sister can spend more money on her brat kids that have everything in the world anyways~!

A lot of families do this so they can buy a "nice "" gift for a family member without having to spend a fortune on a big family. It sounds as though you and your brother have a special relationship. If he bought you something nice I don't think you should have to feel guilty or buy him a "secret" present in return.....just do it............

yeah babie... it has to be something else.
i think you should try and know what your brother wish to get . be really sure about it and neva ask him about it.
you can surprise him by giving it to him at the time he least expected it.
it's a great thing to show pople you care.
but for me i guess i would say a sweet perfume will go...
gud luck sweetie....
