We've been together for over 7 years, but now I realize I no longer am attracted to her. She was such a beautiful 5 year old, but now, at 12 years old she doesn't have that smooth skin, hair-free area, and flat chest that I so adored. How can I regain my interest in her? Or should I go out and find another young girl?

First off, if you two were together since five, that is crazy. At five, you don't even know a person, let alone have a relationship. As you are maturing, you will change. Your interests will change, and also your feelings. Seven years is a long time though, but you can't help your feelings. Let her know how you feel. Maybe she feels the same way.
