Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God, that He Is the Lamb of God to atone for our sins and raising from the dead for our justification is the foundation of the Christian Church. Jesus said the gates of hell will not prevail against it.

Did Mohammad reject the message of the Gospel (We can be reconciled with God through faith in Christ.)? Is that why The Koran denys Eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ?

The Qur'an denies Jesus death and Resurrection for the same reason it denies His deity. The Qur'an is a book of lies that says Jesus was a prophet, then it denies everything Jesus ever said.

To bad too many Chriastians haven't any clue as to who Muhammad (PBUH) was, what Islam is all about or what Muslims beleive in.
Muslims believe in Jesus and all of the miracles that he performed but all those miracles were performed by the permission of Allaah. Jesus was a prophet of Allaah and nothing more. He is in heaven now with God. He didn't die on the cross. Yes he's coming back! No he didn't die for the sins of mankind. How easy it is for mankind to "whip up " a desiring excuse to give in to their own whims and desires., just so long as they believe, they will live forever in heaven.

If you believe in God being so powerful, the Creator of all that exists, why would he need a son???? Sounds like your religion gave Him manlike qualities when he is like none and none is like Him.

Because Jesus was never crusified to begin with...

If you go back and look at history books, you'de know that in the roman days, the only people who were crusified were thiefs, criminals, and people who broke the law.

Jesus is more precious to God (as a prophet) then to let him die in the same way thiefs and criminals died.

The person crusified was a look a like, and that is what the Qur'an says.

Muhammad did believe in the gospel, simply because he (Muhammad) knew that Jesus was a true prophet.

There definietly is an eternal life, but a person must believe in the one and only God, do good deeds, and live his/her life in the way God had ordered mankind to live in. And ofcourse, no one enters the heavens by his/her deeds, but by the mercy of God.

Hope that helps a little.

Peace.

Edit:

The guy above me did a great job.

Thank you wafer.

Peace.

According to Islamic belief no one can share the burden of another person's actions. A father is not responsible for his son's deeds and the son is not responsible for his father's deeds, each is responsible for his own beliefs and actions and will be answerable for them to God. Therefore the question of Jesus shouldering the burden of the entire humanity does not arise.

Islam teaches that Jesus had a miraculous birth but was not the Son of God, his birth could be likened to the birth of Adam who was created from dust. He was a prophet of God, who brought God's message to the people. The Quran says that Jesus did not die on the cross, but it was made to appear so to the people.

In Islam Eternal life exists for all, the only difference is whether that is spent in Hell or in Heaven. The correct beliefs and actions will give an Eternal life of bliss in Heaven, whereas the wrong beliefs or actions will lead to an Eternal life of suffering in Hell.

If the Muslims would believe that Jesus Christ was the Son of God, wouldn't that make them Christians?

Merry Christmas!

Simple...............they do not believe in the Virgin Birth, Jesus' death on the cross, or the resurrection. Why would they believe anything that our Christian Bible (which was God inspired) says?
They call us "infidels", but we know whose we are-the children of the great and mighty King of Kings, our Savior, our Lord, Jesus Christ. He is who He is, He has done what the Bible states He has done, no matter what anyone says. We know the Truth!

I may not get the details exactly rt, but this is what they believe. That as the Roman soldiers caught Jesus, His face changed to that of Judas' face n vise versa. So Judas was crucified n Jesus simply ascended to heaven where he waits to return at the end of time.
Simply, they believe what is in their book as we believe what is in ours. NO ONE will know the absolute truth until we meet our maker. We only BELIEVE in what we believe, we don't truly KNOW.

No, in fact Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) repeated the same message that Jesus (Isa peace be upon him) brought.
As Muslims, we believe that Allah sent many messengers to guide human beings. And we believe Jesus pbuh is one of greatest messenger of ALlah. We love, cherish and obey all of them. We believe that Allah doesn't have any son or any partner. He is alone! He is ONe and ONLY!

Because Islam is ultimately a satanic diversion from the truth. You will notice that Muslims espouse a great respect for Jesus, all while denying the major claims he made about himself. This system does what all great deceptions do well. It tells as much of the truth as it can without being truthful.
