There is this guy and everyday I pass him he hits me on the arm not hard but what does this mean.?

it means his flirting wit u usllty wen dat happens they expect u to hit them back but not hard. if u like the guy or want to flirt wit him hit him back

you may need to be a bit more specific with who he is to u exactly, and what the context is when he does this. Ofcourse u know these yourself. Do u know him at all? is he a friend or nobody to u? or does he think he is a friend but u dont regard him as one?. If you do not kno him at all he is quite possibly bullyin you or just pickin on you. You may want to let him kow where he stands with you, especially if it annoys u or tell a friend, quickly! doesnt necesarily hav to be a big deal though. Also how do u feel about it?. If this is wrong, and it means basically nothing to u it could just be a quirky characteristic of the guy, and its how he expresses a feeling or emotion. If he's doing it in a happy positive way with a smile he's just tryin to be friendly. Again u may wish to let him know where he stands with u depending on how u feel about it. U can let him kno in a number of ways. If u just dont kno him, then u Obviously have Every right to think and even say "Err sorry but, what the hell are u doing pal?". :) OR - yes, he is interested in u. ;). If u'vr got it in u, slap his butt. or jus punch him bak.

Well, sounds like this guy likes you, to me. I have seen that done, and did it myself, and in all cases, there was at least a bit of interest involved.

You could just ask him. Usually it means he likes you, but can't think how to tell you. Or he hates you and is pulling his punches.
