RELIGION is just a word describing something.
Religion has caused the bloodiest wars throughout his)tory.
Religion has the most wrath towards women. (Conflict of the Ages) Women are in the midst of everything, but are invisible in the Bible.
-- Joe begat Fred, Fred begat Bert, Bert begat Myk, Myk begat...
God raised Jeremiah up to examine the book that was being written.
Jeremiah 30, v 4--7. Now these are the words that the Lord spoke concerning Israel and Judah. For thus says the Lord:
We have heard a voice of trembling (from women), Of fear and not of peace.
Ask now and (see),
Whether a man is ever in labour with child?
So why do I see every man with his hands on his loins
Like a woman in labour,
And all faces turned pale?
Alas! For that day is great,
So that _NONE IS LIKE IT.
v 8, For it shall come to pass in (that day),
Says the Lord of hosts,
That I will break (his) yoke from around your neck,
And will burst your bonds.
This is talking about women who are enslaved to man by RELIGION.
I call (RELIGION) = The one who is called Satan or Devil or Beast(carnal man) of the earth, - the original Serpent.

It depends on what you mean by "believe in". I believe religion exists.. its obviously there. If you mean, do I put my trust in religion, then no. Religion is rituals, and rituals are just busywork for people who feel guilty. You mention Christ. Jesus was opposed to religion. He was an advocate of righteousness though. God has a perfect standard that must be upheld. Just doing some busywork (counting rosaries, or praying x times a day) won't solve it.
So, out of love, God sent Jesus to die in out place to remove the curse of sin.. which is spiritual death.
So, religion is just giving false hope to people who have no hope of being perfect.

Believe vs Know? The objective is to "know", not believe:
Ye shall know the truth ... shall make you free(of believe)

Religion? There's two sorts: Impure & Pure Religion
http://www.godshew.org/RevelatorySermons7.htm
Pure religion paid a "visit" (not a ransom to devilish law).
Pure religion arrived "undefiled" & remained "unspotted" in
a come & go "visitation" to those "afflicted" with life + death.
(which is to "allegory" say those "afflicted" with grace + law)
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

I believe in a Creator, regardless of any religion. But I believe that the Creator's nature(as far as humans are concerned), is described to us through Jesus of Nazareth. I choose to not go to churches, or afilliate myself with any sects.

As a Christian, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Other religions don't believe this.

Not organized religion, no. I am a Christ follower, a Christian, I follow the Bible, but not any of the organized doctrine and dogma associated with religious denominations.

I don't believe in religious institutions or any creed that focuses on an afterlife. If it isn't helping you to be a better person here and now it is worthless.
