It does count as a liquid, but you can still bring it. Cosmetics and medications can be carried on if they are in a 3 oz or smaller bottle and are placed in a one quart clear zip lock bag. All items must be placed in the same bag. If you were to buy a larger bottle in a duty free shop after you go through security you can take it on the plane, though if you make a connection you will have to put it in your checked luggage before boarding. Confusing or what? Have a good trip!

Sadly yes it counts... Water (or any drink), Lotion, Hair Products, right down to Perfume. They were going to make my mom throw away her $85 bottle of perfume. She ended up mailing back to herself so she wouldnt have to discard it.

Yes it does but now you can bring stuff but only in small container that you have to put in plastic bag
