When your two smallest children are taking their nap, use the tread mill. Or, take all your children for a walk. To lose weight, you need only exercise 20 minutes a day at minimum. Also, you can cook/prepare whatever meals you would like. This also teaches your children good eating habits. Kids aren't born disliking veggies-- they learn this. Kids aren't born liking burgers and pizza.. they learn this, too.

I have 4 children now, but back when I had only two, I bought an inexpensive (Walmart) double stroller and started walking a 3 mile route, I gradually added in running until I was running the whole thing. I lost 60 lbs doing this. I couldn't get up early because I was too tired, so I would go later. As I got in better shape I added weights and sit-ups, tae-bo, and the kids had fun doing those exercises with me. Also, as far eating healthy goes, I would cut up a couple bags of veggies, freeze whole grain homemade muffins, almonds, fruit, cheese and I would take them with me during the day and snack on them when hungry. I found that I ate less at meal time because I wasn't as hungry and I was less apt to buy candy bars at the store, because I knew it would defeat my purpose. It is difficult to lose weight and be healthy after those kids come but it is possible, Good Luck!

do the kids nap at the same time? if so then you can do a 45 min exersize video while they are napping. or maybe if you are married your husband/bf will tend to the kids 45 mins a day so you can go walking or join a gym. some gyms have an on sight day care center maybe you could look in to that. i know its had to really cook a meal that takes time when you have little ones but just adding more fruit, veggies with your meals like lunch and super will help you from being hungry and want to snack on what ever you can grab quickly. and just limit the amount you eat portion sizes and rule out sweets. oh and baking your meats, like chicken, fish, steaks even are very nice and tender when baked and it helps from having to stand over the stove while your kid is cring or your tending to the kids and burning the meat up. but i i wouldnt really diet diet i would mainly just change the way you eat period. it will be healthier for you and your family also. and its ok to every once in a while buy the kids a sweet snack just not every day. what i do i buy 1 box of snack cakes a week. the ones that have the twin pack things and split them with the kids. and if i want one lol i also split it with the kids so i only eat half in stead of the whole thing. but those are a few things that i do. when i had my son i was a size 20 in jeans i changed my portions and didnt really have time to exersize and just limiting what i ate i went to a size 14. it took like 7 months but like i said that was with no exersize. when i had my daughter i was a 16 i had my husband watch the kids while i joined curves i went 30 mins a day 3 days a wk and the onther days i went for a 30 min walk. i went down to a 11/12 and lol now i am pregnant again and with 6 wks left and i am in maturnity 14s. it doesnt hurt to take after noon naps actually i think it helps gives you more energy to face the rest of the day. and it will make you feel better instead of running on a total of 5 hrs a sleep each night. my little ones didnt sleep all night at 4 months

It's actually easier than you might think! You don't have to just eat celery and make time for an hour of cardio--every little bit counts! start your day with 1-5 minutes of calisthenics (ie--jumping jacks/rope). by starting your day with some light cardio, you keep your metabolism up all day. Do some push ups and/or crunches if/when you get a minute's break at home. the main tricks are to 1) pay attention to your body! (it will tell you what you NEED) If you're craving sweets, eat fruit instead of candy. Really BE HUNGRY before you eat anything. 2)Drink a ton of water. 3)Keep healthy food around you at all times. My problem was always, if it's around, I'm going to eat it! (I even made my boyfriend stop buying cake/ice cream and bringing it home because I knew the temptation would be too great!) keep lots of fresh produce around, snack light, and you should be fine!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Please, do no longer nutrition plan to shed pounds on an analogous time as pregnant. consume properly to nourish your self and the toddler with reliable vegetables, fruit, fibre grains and worthwihile dairy products. being pregnant takes a toll on the physique, and you relatively need to consume acceptable basically so which you do no longer fall into different pittfalls of that situation: constipation, dizzy spells, swollen palms/ankles, painful lowerback and so on. you will lose the burden you earnings from being pregnant easily in case you consume balanced (no longer toooooo lots) and healthful (no longer various goodies/fat) and walk a mile an afternoon. no longer everybody is an analogous, yet once you consume acceptable pregnant or no longer, the burden will come off at t healthful value. reliable success.

Make sure your every meal has extra vegetables like my mom. She even eats soup with vegetables but it's worth it! Oh, and try to avoid taking afternoon naps. Do not suddenly try vigorous exercises, you must slowly pick up 'cos your body isn't so used to it. Hope you take my advice and good luck!
