I'm creating a home-made DVD (no copy protection involved) using an American computer in the U.S. I would like this DVD to be viewable in Brazil on a standard DVD Player bought locally there. What do I need to do in order to get around the "Region" and the "NTSC vs PAL-M" differences to ensure the DVD will be watchable?

Thanks!

What do I need to buy in order to become a "specialist firm in the States who can make a Pal M version of your DVD" myself?

The person will be able to see the film on a computer. If not the person needs to buy a multiple standard DVD in Brazil.
Or find a specialist firm in the States who can make a Pal M version of your DVD . If you have problems finding that company , I suggest that you contact the Brazilian Embassy , they will surely know. I have seen adverts of people converting DVD 's into different systems., but I can't remember where.
Boa Sorte
