I've heard butt and stomach, is this right? What about squats/lunges. Can I do those daily?

Abs and calves can be worked daily... they are smaller muscles and have fast recovery time.

If you are doing actual weight training, you shouldn't work the same muscle groups for at least another day. The muscles need time to recover and rebuild. I would work squats/ lunges every other day.

You can work any of them daily, but it's not wise. If you are referring to the time span needed for the muscles to rest after a hard workout, then none of them should be worked daily. They all require at least 24 to 48 hours of recovery/healing time, depending on the intensity of the workout, in order to properly grow.

Though, if your intention is for toning and shaping, muscles can perform less intensed workouts daily, but it's always best to skip a day.

Abs, Calves and forearms-along with a short run. A great way to warm up if all four were incorporated into a circuit type interval.
