I have this pain around my lower-right lung area, as well as in my mid-back. This pain usually becomes a hassle while sitting. Ideas?

I think you need a doctor to talk to. It could be very simple as a muscle spasm or something very bad like lung cancer who knows we are not the doctors and can not run test or ask more questions
