I've tried everything from changing her litter, more food, more treats, more playtime, more cuddletime. I just cannot get her to be quiet and I live in apartment where they are not all to fond of my Cat(who was grandfathered in by the previous owner). Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to say this but Siamese are known for being chatty! I know how constant meowing can drive you crazy because my cat does it as well. :o( I would just keep up as much attention as you are able and maybe at night time you can make a special room for her such as the laundry room or something with her litter box, food, and water. That way she wont keep you up all night chatting like my cat does!! lol! I'm in a one bedroom apartment and there is no excaping!!!

Well, that's a Siamese!!! They are notorious for being an extremely loud cat. Changing the diet, or habits won't do much. Also, is the cat neutered? If the cat is in heat the meowing will be much more groan like and frequent. If your cat is loud enough to disturb your neighabors, that may be the case. I have a Siamese, and she is extremely vocal, can't really stop that.

Siamese cats are notoriously vocal. You probably should have done some research before getting one. Now that it's too late for that, if the problem started suddenly, she may be sick or in pain, so you may want to take her to the vet for a checkup just to be safe. Otherwise, sorry to say it, but you may have to just deal with it.

Also, do NOT start feeding her fish. A steady diet of fish is too high in magnesium and it will make her prone to urinary infections. If you think she's loud now, wait until it hurts when she pees.

Siamese are very very vocal cats - the behavior you describe is typical for this breed, it is genetically determined and can not be changed.

To be on the safe side I would show the cat to a vet so that you can exclude a disease. Another question would be if this cat is neutered? If not, have her neutered and you will at least have no loud heat periods.

Call a vet's office and ask them. I do not know myself but when I had a Siamese it meowed and made other strange noises all the time, actually it was overall a strange cat compared to others I have owned. Nice that you care enough to ask and take care of it : )

What helps for me is to communicate back to my Siamese, and give him some signs that I am listening to him by petting him and/or giving him affection. As you've seen the other posters, Meezers are a talkative bunch, and some out there will simply talk your ear off. Hey, if you can't beat them, join them by talking back!

It's usually not a matter of illness or negative issues, Siamese just like to get in your business and chat. It sounds silly, but just like with a human child, talking back and giving them positive attention helps with my Siamese. I'm sure his goal is to ensure he feels like he's the center of attention, and he gets affection. After a few minutes of talking back to him and giving him love, he moves on to do other things.

When I am gone, I leave a radio on to soothing classical or new-age music for him to listen to, and/or even a DVD that's made for cats to keep him occupied, since he's extra chatty when I have to leave early for work, and come home later than expected. It helps to have some other stimuli available for him, so he's not simply waiting for me to come home for attention and/or amusement.

Chances are the cat is just lonely. I think I would give her to a person the lives close by and that has another cat so it wouldn't be so lonely. Someone that wouldn't care for you to come over sometime to see it. Even though you are there it needs another cat to be it's companion.

Siamese cats are known for being vocal so there is probably nothing you can do. She's just making conversation, try talking back :)

Siamese are just that way. They have big mouths...I guess you weren't aware of that trait when you acquired it. Not a whole lot you can do.

Sorry...if it gets to the point where your neighbors are complaining, you may want to find the cat another home or move yourself.
