my cousin from jamaica when to the u.s.a to visit and never came back he as been gone for 2 years, i only know the he in hollywood florida and his cel number, how do i contact the i.r.s and get them to fine him and bring him home

Dial 411 and ask for the number to the internal revenue department or ask for the number to the department of immigration or call the local police department in the county he is in .Good LUUUUUCCCK

You don't want the IRS, you want the USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigraton Services). They won't fine him--they'll just deport him. He will be barred from re-entry to the U.S. for 10 years (probably).

However, unless you have more detailed information, they probably won't do anything about it. There are hundreds of thousands of people in the U.S. who overstayed their visas, and the USCIS chooses to not/can not investigate them. If he wants to stay, why stop him?
