sometimes my mind tell me I have eaten but I haven't eaten yet. This sometimes goes on for days of weeks at different points in the day. At different time like sometime lunch or maybe dinner and etc or sometimes both or all. And I never notice becuase I think I am eating as usual. The thing is when I don't eat I mean I don't even if my stomach growls.... My head is like you just ate it is probably still trying to digest but yeah. It takes friends or family to point it out to me..... I am was wondring if there was like something wrong with me and all..... When I do this for my days or weeks... I turn pale and get really weak and sometimes I pass out.... My mom once label me as anorexia nerviousa or soemthing like that but that is just anorexia just a more high tech name... So can this be a major promblem?

I remember having a few episodes where I forgot to eat. Some people do this, others think we're crazy. Get yourself a stop watch, and when it goes off eat-- even if you don't feel hungry.

Always try to eat something, never leave your stomache empty for too long, because if dont eat anything, your body will start eating its own fat.

Yes, it is. Don't worry about getting fat, exercise daily will keep you both healthy and slender, eating food is fueling you so you can exercise and think clearly so is important.
