I have been out on several dates with a lady and am trying to think of something to do this weekend we have been out to dinner, ice skating, music gig, cinema. I was going to take her for dinner again but wondered if anyone had any other ideas please. It needs to be in london area.

Well..I don't know a lot about the London area and what is available, but I can offer you some advice maybe. Even if I did know what was there, where you go depends on the girl's personality. Most girls wont mind what you do. This is where "it's the thought that counts" comes into play. Of course, a terrible date with a good thought isn't an excuse.

Think of what you know about her, maybe something she told you that she liked, and set up something to show her that you listen to her and remember what she tells you.
Most of all, it would be extra great if you made it a suprise, and bring flowers. No matter how cliche it sounds, every girl loves getting flowers. Hold back on the big bouquets and get her a single flower that she would like.

OK..so thats all I can say, BUT I think it might be particularly romantic to go on a Hot-air balloon ride on a comfortable day, or even at night so that you can see the beautiful city scape.

I hope I helped! Good Luck!

take her ten pin bowling and grab a burger and a drink at the alley, or if she's into skiing, see if there's a snowdrome near by. Or try a museum, or an art exhibition, if she's into that kind of thing. So many museums in London! If she's an adventurous naughty type, take her to the great coffee shop 'Coffee, Cake & Kink' on Endell Street.... and make sure you buy her a present! Maybe not ideal if you're still getting to know each other though. Also lots of plays and musicals around London, Tom Stoppard's Rock n Roll is phenomenal - all about the Czech Republic Velvet Revolution. Get half price tickets from the ticket booth in Leicester Square. Walking over the bridges across the Thames at night is romantic, too.

Unfortunately I am totally unfamiliar with the London area. Do you have any horse-drawn carriage rides? That would be very, very romantic. Another great thing is any date where you actually "do" or "make" something together, like perhaps one of those trendy make-your-own pottery locations. When my husband and I were dating, we flew to New York City for an entire day together --- Dutch treat -- and it was incredible. Is there anywhere outside the London area that you could affordably fly or take a train to for the day? It's extravagant, but oh so memorable.

Go for a romantic, moonlit ride on the London eye, with a champagne picnic.
