Open an entire text file in Microsoft Excel:

First, open a new, blank Excel file.
Click Open .

In the Look in box, locate the drive, folder, or Internet location that contains the file you want to open.

In the Files of type box, click Text Files.

Double-click the file you want to import.

Follow the instructions in the Text Import Wizard to specify how you want to divide the text into columns.

After openning the file go to
Data > Text To Columns

And follow the on screen instructions
