It's Hebrew and means: "Having fun beautifully",
or "Having fun is beautiful"
or "Having fun. It's beautiful".

one thing i know for sure...it's Hebrew. I coudn't tell what the first word means: hitaneg (you read from right to left), but the second, iafe, means beautiful...having a masculin gender, as opposed to iafa, which is feminin.
To resume: first word has to be a verb, second is adverb...beautifully.
Hope it helps!
