It wasn't that they did anything wrong and actually proved to be a really great person but that physical attraction just disappeared without any just cause. Did you still try the relationship/dating out or did you just cut your losses and leave? Why do you think that happens especially when you did find them attractive in the first place?

I'm not talking in the context of someone who you have been with for a long time and that the novelty wore off. I am speaking about someone that you at first liked physically and ended up liking mentally too and then out of no where and for no reason you just realized you weren't that into them anymore beyond just being friends. It wasn't anything that they did and it wasn't that you weren't attracted to their personalities it just kind of fizzled before it had a chance to begin. Why do you think this happens? and did you immediately end things after coming to the realization or did you still give it a go based on how much you liked them for who they were?

Well how long did you date this person? 7 weeks? 7 months? 7 years? It's natural for physical attraction to one another to fade in a relationship.

And sometimes you may start off being really physically attracted to someone, but then you get to know them as a person and you don't find their personality that sexually appealing. Or it could be that you had a certain fantasy in your mind about how this person would be, which was based on his looks. Then when you got to know him better, you were disappointed and the fantasy ended.

i think sometimes it's wanting something you can't have, sometimes it's a challenge to see if you can land the person and sometimes i just think humans are all just a bit fickle ;o)
