Can anyone tell me anything about ACT airlines, Atlasjet, or Bestair airlines? I am looking to find out their possible destinations, how to go about booking tickets with these airlines, departure cities, and their general policies? My research has led me nowhere! Any websites as these are foreign airlines?

Not sure is this is the one, but there is an ACT in Australia: http://www.legfind.com/CORPORATE_AIR_aircharter_operator_1002630.aspx

A list of Worldwide charter Jet Operators can be found at: http://www.legfind.com/SiteMap.aspx?SiteMap=Operators

They are all Turkish Airlines. Here is the web for Bestair.

I could not find data on accident rates, but I would shy away from obscure airlines and stick with large national airlines of Europe.
