I was out with some friends last night when a girl told me she wanted to "blow my brains." She said this softly when noone else was around. I was a little scared by what she meant by that, so I walked away. She did not talk to me the rest of the evening. What did she mean by that??

I expect she meant she wanted to give you a bl*w job. Strange way of propositioning it.....and a little forward...but I expect that is what she meant. When you walked away she was probably embarrassed.

Whay dont you ask her in private sometime, just tell her you've never heard that expression before.
It could mean she wants to do cocaine with you, it could mean something that only she knows cuase she thinks she made up the expression.
