Yes - but at the price of his/her health. Losing this amount of weight in such a short time is dangerous. Most likely you would also suffer from the yoyo-effect which means the faster you lose weight, the faster you will gain it after your diet.
A slow and natural weight loss (2-3 kgs a months) is easier on your body and is easier to maintain. All the best.

That is crazy. There is no easy and fast methods to lose so much weight as that, in such a short period of time.
If you are thinking of going on pills or crash diets, then chances of gaining back even more weight will be higher.
A person trying to lose weight should try to look at it as a long term plan, towards being healthy.
Try eating less sweet foods, junk foods, and soft drinks.
Eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water.

If you loose a leg or something. A morbidly obese person could loose a lot of weight rapidly but 25 KG is severe starvation and could result in death
