so many people have been preaching on the TV that a wife is the property of her husband. how many of you sisters believe it is true or a fabrication? Should these preachers carry on preaching into deluding people that this is Islam, when it is clearly not Islam?

no one has the right to own anyone. even the children do not belong to anyone. as parents, they are only the guardians until the children are old enough to decide for themselves. but the parents must work together to make a home comfortable for themselves and their children. it takes two to work together. if you don't have that, you have nothing.
